How do I place an order?

After you finish shopping, please review all the items in your shopping cart to ensure you have selected the correct size, color, and quantity. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking  at the top of every page of our website.

How do I track my order?

If your item has shipped and no tracking information is available, please rest assured that your order is on its way.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.

Do you charge sales taxes?

8% Sales tax will be charged to all orders regardless of the location the product ships from.
Remote sellers such as Internet retailers and catalog companies are required to collect taxes in all states.

When will my merchandise be shipped and how soon can I expect my delivery?

We ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items may require a longer ship-out time.

We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, Fed Ex, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are not able to specify the carrier of their choice. We will ship at the most cost effective to our customers. On rare occasions unforeseen delay may affect your order being shipped in a timely manner. We will notify you by e-mail if we determine your order will not ship by the time frame stated.

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 5-10 business days from the day you order them.
