Shipping Policies

In order to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction and competitive pricing shipping will be included in most cases for merchandise shipped within the continental US.  We will ship internationally as required by our guests. There are special rules for international shipping.

• General shipping rules apply as per your designated carrier.
• For international shipping US custom regulations apply see link to US customs, all additional fees for international shipping will be bourne by the customer.
• Ccheck with your designated carrier or shipping company.

Return Policy

Our commitment to guest satisfaction is clear with the most straightforward return policy. If your merchandise was received damaged or was the wrong order, you must immediately inform and then return it within 30 days of purchase to us for a full refund or replaced at no additional cost. If merchandise is is being returned for any other reason than above, this must be done within 30 days of purchase for your full refund with the purchaser paying the cost of both ends of shipping.

Other conditions of purchase may include:

• returns other than damage or mispicked item the customer will pay both ends of the shipping cost.
• returns must made within 30 days of purchase with original packing labels and contents.
• credit will be issued when merchandise is received and verified.
• a 15% restocking fee may apply.
• on receipt of all merchandise check for manufacturers warranties fill out paper work and follow directions for registration, the company web site option is always the best. If there is no warranty paper work visit the manufacturers web site  there may be a warranty.
• INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS will cover the cost of any RETURNS and custom duty of fees involved.

Backorder Policy

Back orders will be filled as soon as supplies become available. Our guest service department will keep you informed as your merchandise become available. If time is a factor in receiving your order please inform us and with you we will assist in making the the the best decision. 

Damaged Goods Policy

On receipt of your order please check immediately for damage. If your merchandise is damaged immediately inform our guest service department at  877 352 8588  or web sit at support@RaisedBlowUpBed.com. A full refund or immediate replacement will be made upon receipt of your merchandise. ALWAYS SEE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY FIRST.
